Quantities

With flexible resources and a wide range of equipment, Tracer has the ability to produce short runs as well as national campaigns with quantities of many million. Regardless of the size of the run, every one of our clients receives the same personalized service and dedication to quality.

Sizes

Tracer can produce photographic lenticular prints up to 46" x 94" and offset lithographic prints as large as 38" x 54" tall. Short run offset presses also give us the flexibility to print smaller sheets efficiently and cost-effectively. From keychains to billboards and everything in between, we guarantee the quality of all our products.

Backs

Using single or multi-color printing, Tracer can create a custom back for your lenticular print. A variety of options are available including paper, rubber, clay-coated polypropylene, crack and peel adhesive, open-cell foam and easel backs.

Artwork

Tracer can accept art in almost any digital format including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, QuickTime, MPEG, JPEG, AVI and others.

Production

On average, Tracer requires 4-5 business days to produce a press proof. Since most of our proofs are printed on the same equipment used in production runs, what you see is what you get. Once approval is received, we can have your job completed in a matter of weeks. For tight deadlines, rush jobs can be accommodated.

Equipment

Tracer uses only the highest quality equipment. Our offset production equipment includes a 56" KBA Rapida 142A, 6 Color, UV + Coater, a KBA Genius offset, UV press. In addition, we utilize our proprietary photographic lenticular laboratory to push the limits of traditional lenticular.

Large Format

Adding large scale lenticular graphics engages prospects more effectively than static graphics or streaming video. Prospects voluntarilly interact with the animations bringing a new level of engagement to your exhibits and displays. Lenticular is proven to reinforce brand longer; convey brand messages more effectively, and instill concepts (medical, mechanical and product features) more memorably than traditional print media.
